We are a family owned construction company in Hillsboro looking to add a Office Admin to complete our team!
The ideal candidate will use a team-centered approach in their day-to-day responsibilities. Understanding that service and reliability is essential to this role. They will be fluent in both English and Spanish to be able to support our clients & Team. They will also have:
A strong sense of attention to detail
Good spelling and grammatical skills.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English & Spanish.
Administrative skills to be able to use basic computer programs
Have the ability to be flexible in time management and move easily between activities and duties or with changing priorities.

Scheduling
Dispatching technicians
Communicating with team in field
Customer communication
Monitoring Job progress
Maintaining records
Maintain procedures
