Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll be the first point of contact for customers - answering inquiries, scheduling services, and providing information about our septic and sanitation solutions. This role is key to maintaining our reputation for friendly, efficient, and expert service.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent and prompt customer service by phone, email, and in person
Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians
Accurately update customer records and follow up on service requests
Resolve concerns and escalate complex issues as needed
Educate customers on services, preventative maintenance, and Goodman’s maintenance plans
Collaborate with office and field teams for smooth service delivery
Qualifications
Customer service experience (preferred: 1+ years in office, call center, or related field)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computers and appointment scheduling systems
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, positive, and solutions-focused attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Wage: $20–$26/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
