This is a remote position, and we welcome applicants from all over the US.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish and proactively maintain a working relationship with customers to ensure expectations are met.
Reconcile agency direct and agency bill commissions.
Track agency commission deposits in internal tracking sheet
Prepare producer commission statements.
Prepare agency commission production reports.
Coordinate with bookkeeping team on mutual agency work.
Answer calls that are directed to the department.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills
Strong phone skills
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail
Multi-tasking skills
Customer service experience
Strong work ethic with ability to work independently
