Integra Supply, a leading provider of packaging supplies, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our team. We are a family-owned business with a strong community and family feel, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.

Conduct regular audits of accounting records to maintain compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Manage day-to-day office operations, including coordinating schedules, managing office supplies, and resolving administrative issues.

Lead and mentor office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

Collaborate closely with office and warehouse staff to assure they have the support needed to excel.

Serve as a key point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

Previous experience in accounting, AP/AR, or related financial roles preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage people effectively and foster a positive work culture. We have an excellent, family feel to our team. Continuing that environment is essential.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
