Core responsibilities-
- QuickBooks - please be proficient
- Data entry , AP/AR, cash flow reporting, Project P&L's, reconciliation of financial accounts
- HR experience, benefits management
- Workman’s compensation reporting
- Administrative office duties
- Ability to Follow Procedure manuals
- Familiarity with spreadsheets.
- Quality organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to shift easily between tasks.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficient in BOLI and prevailing wage requirements.
- Payroll processing
