We are a fast-growing Contractor based in Battle Ground, WA. We are looking for a candidate that will fit well into our team. Looking for someone who is a self-starter with an ability to meet deadlines. Someone that is highly organized with strong attention to detail. Process subcontractor billings, communicating with subcontractors and project managers with accurate processing of subcontract payables.
We perform Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical for projects based all over Oregon and Washington. All our jobs are Federal or State Funded projects. This position works closely with the Project Managers and Bid Coordinator.

Summary-
Work Hours Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Managing accounts receivable invoicing/ progress billing on SOV style billings
Incorporating subcontract billings to our billings on our large scale projects
Must be accurate
Must be timely with monthly deadlines
Prepare subcontractor packets and subcontracts. Gather required subcontractor documents.
Regularly reviews subcontractors for compliance, contact appropriate parties if a concern is found
Lien Release Management
Request Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from Subcontractors
Building relationships with current and prospective subcontractors
Possess general working knowledge of all project’s specifications, subcontractors, daily correspondence, and other project related documents
Assure that Project Closeout procedures and archival is followed for all projects
Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business

Willingness and ability to follow instruction from various departments and ability to follow those instructions with minimal oversight
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a collaborative team and juggle multiple projects
Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail, managing multiple projects
Demonstrates sound judgement and ability to reach decisions independently
Possesses a sense of urgency and problem-solving ability
Ability to communicate clearly, with both strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
Capable of working independently as well as working well as a team member
Advanced computer skills in using Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe are required
Understanding of: Lien Releases, Certified Payroll for Davis Bacon, BOLI and LNI is preferred
