Busy construction/roofing company -Looking for a part time assistant office manager
8:30AM-1:00 PM Mon-Fri (currently 22-25 hours a week with a possibility of full time)
Job duties include:
Answer phones, screen and schedule estimate appointments.
Coordinate scheduling for work orders and maintenance plan visits.
Create, update and maintain job files which include gathering online report data.
Process warranties via online portal and submit rebate forms.
Prepare bank deposits
Distribute mail daily and take mail to the post office as needed.
Filing and other assign projects as needed.
Applicant must be self directed and able to organize and manage projects and well as crew scheduling.
Applicants with experience working in construction or trade companies preferred
Applicant must be a great at multi- tasking and have the ability to work a multi-line phone system.
Must posses outstanding customer relation skills and maintain a positive attitude with customers
Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred .
Must have reliable transportation and cell phone.
Ability to use Google tools (Calendar, Ect.) MS Word, and Excel, Dropbox , Authentisign.
Apple/Mac OS platform
Experience with CompanyCam, Jobber preferred
