This is a critical position in the success of our organization. A successful candidate will be able to build rapport with our current and prospective clients and our Franchisee network over the phone and email, by utilizing an organized, systematic outreach and follow-up approach.
We are seeking highly motivated candidates to work in the Portland office. The compensation package includes an hourly rate Plus an opportunity to earn great commissions! Paid holidays and PTO after 6 months.
Hours are: 9 am- 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
The Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible for:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Data entry
Scheduling Franchise presentation appointments
Conducts Franchise presentations
Participate in franchisee orientations
Running reports and processing paperwork
Maintaining client and franchise files
Updates the Unit Franchisee newsletter once a month
Orders and maintains supplies
Skills/ Requirements
Ideal candidate must be:
Must be Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English
Customer focused with an outgoing personality
Highly motivated
Professional
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel & Power Point
Able to Multi-Task, be organized and detail oriented
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
Commercial cleaning experience a plus
