Monthly Classes Forming Now
Trainees MUST be available the 2nd and 3rd weeks of their scheduled training month, Monday – Friday, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. If unable to commit to those days, trainees must wait until the next month’s training. Space is limited and there is no guarantee of a spot the following month.
Classes start promptly at 10:00 am and go until 2:00pm. Trainees MUST be ready to go by 10:00 am. Late starts will not be tolerated and you will be turned away, forfeiting your spot and any remaining paid training hours you did not complete. Your paycheck will then be mailed to you at the end of the week for the hours you did complete.
Trainees will be paid $17.50 per hour under the training program. Trainees will be paid at the end of the two week training classes through direct deposit.
Upon passing the training program you may be considered for a coach position or referred to one of our community partner agencies.
This is a part-time position. If hired into a Coach position you will then begin a 90-day probationary period upon your start date. The start date begins once training is completed and the Coach begins working with customers. Coaches will start at $20 per hour with a 5% annual increase. $500 monthly stipend and PTO/Sick time available upon eligibility.
