This position glues and assembles mattresses for shipping
Shift: Days, 8:00am -4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Starting pay $16 to $19 plus/hour DOE
Duration: 40 hours per week,

North America Mattress Corp is an expanding manufacture of products sold online and shipped globally.
We are growing and need production workers.

This position requires physical work all day.

Job Duties:
Working in a team environment to accomplish the daily work assignments and meet production goals.
Accurately completes work orders per the specified product specification
Uses written and verbal communication to accomplish assignments as directed.
Adapts to changing conditions or directions to accommodate work priorities.
Performs quality check during the different stages of assembly.
Capable of meeting quality and quantity demands in a timely manner.
Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds multiple times throughout the day.
Other Responsibilities:
Assist with written documentation process.
May work in other departments as needed. (you will be crossed trained)
Participates in ongoing process improvement meetings and suggests improvements to ensure consistent production, quality standards, reduced costs and waste reduction and increased efficiency.
