This job is for our Beaverton Oregon location we are no longer in Corvallis.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a diligent 3D Print Production Worker to join our team. As a key player, your role will encompass a wide array of tasks revolving around the production floor such as post-processing, quality assurance, and dispatch of 3D-printed parts. You will play an instrumental role in maintaining the smooth operations of our 3D printing infrastructure, ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality outputs to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of our 3D print farm, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.

Conduct necessary actions related to 3D printers, including changing filaments, initiating and concluding print tasks, and managing print queues as needed.

Perform post-processing activities such as removing support materials, trimming edges, and utilizing a heat-gun to enhance the quality of the manufactured parts.

Adhere to our quality control protocols, perform stringent checks on all outgoing parts to ensure they meet the highest company standards and document and report any discrepancies.

Handle order fulfillment, including reviewing and sorting orders, collating required parts, and facilitating a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) strategy.

Coordinate with various shipping providers to calculate shipping costs, and generate shipping labels.

Update the status of fulfilled orders in our system for record-keeping and easy tracking.

Working Hours:

This role requires flexibility, including availability on weekends. Typically, you will work 1-2 days per week on the weekends, with shifts lasting 8 hours for a total of 8-16 hours a week. Depending on operational needs, your hours may extend to 24-32 hours (I'm flexible here if you just want to work the weekends and stick around 16 hours). While you will be required to work both Saturdays and Sundays, there may be some flexibility to work only one weekend day depending on the schedule. Please note, however, that this is the exception rather than the norm.

This position initially offers part-time hours with the potential to transition to full-time based on operational demand. Please be aware that work hours are variable and not guaranteed, as they are subject to the company's ongoing needs. This flexibility ensures that we can adapt to business fluctuations while also providing opportunities for increased employment hours as the situation allows.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic work environment.

Strong decision-making skills, particularly under pressure.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to upholding high-quality standards.

Prior experience operating 3D printers is a plus, but not mandatory.

As a 3D Print Production Work with us, you will find an exciting opportunity to contribute to the fascinating realm of 3D printing while building your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Please note that this position includes a probationary period of three months. This period allows both you and our company to assess the fit. It offers you an opportunity to familiarize yourself with our working environment and responsibilities, while it provides us a chance to observe your skills, efficiency, and integration with our team. After the probationary period, and based on mutual satisfaction, you will be officially confirmed in your role. The probationary term is a great time to ask questions, learn, and prove your ability to contribute significantly to our team.
