Machinist, Manual and CNC Knee Mills, and Manual Lathes
BCS Machining has been in business since 1987, we specialize in machining small precision, cosmetic, parts, modifying customer parts, reverse engineering, prototypes, low-volume orders, and quick-turn shipments. The vast majority of the parts that we machine are aluminum, we also machine brass, copper, stainless, mild steel, and plastics.
We have an immediate opening for an experienced machinist who can set up and operate manual Knee Mills, Trak CNC Knee Mill, and manual Lathes, standard tolerance is +/- .005, you will be machining parts from start to completion, our machinists are involved with all facets of manufacturing from estimating to final shipment, and since we process lower volume orders you will have lots of variety and new challenges.
CNC Knee Mill programming experience with Proto Trak SMS, SolidWorks Cam, or Fusion 360 is very desirable, but not required, experience with SolidWorks Cad is also desirable.
