Job Scope-
We are looking for a talented Mill machinist who enjoys setting up and running our your job.
You’ll be setting up various vertical mills. We have five DMG Mori verticals, a Kitamura 2xi Sparkchanger, and a Haas VF2. Beyond these machines, we have a DMG Mori NHX-4000 horizontal, a Kitamura horizontal, and a Matsuura 5-axis vertical with a pallet system
75% of our jobs are high mix/low volume, with some jobs exceeding 2000pc runs.
You should be able to perform 1st part buy offs as one would expect at this level.
Willingness to make recommendations for process improvement and help implement those changes.
Experience/Willingness to train more entry level machinists.
