We need dedicated fulfillment associates who are extremely reliable and precise. We are a team-oriented business and are growing rapidly. This is a fast-paced environment and requires self-motivated individuals who thrive in a challenging position while working independently and with a small team.
This position supports the entire Operations Department by primarily packaging and casing our meals and treats. To ensure overall success, the Production Associates will occasionally assist bakery staff. Training will be provided for all tasks assigned and equipment used.
Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 40 hours weekly – Monday to Friday: Multiple Shifts Available
5:00 am - 1:30 pm/6:30 am - 3:00 pm/11:00 am - 7:30 pm/1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in packaging tasks, including bagging, casing, inventory tracking, accurate labeling, and operation of manufacturing equipment.
Participate in warehouse tasks including order fulfillment, pallet building, receiving, inventory tracking, accurate labeling, and operation of basic warehouse equipment.
Meet production goals with attention to detail and adherence to project time requirements.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Verify the accuracy of projects and completion of paperwork.
Experience and Attributes:
Education and Training:
Multnomah County Food Handler’s certificate required within 30 days of hire
Professional Experience:
Warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience
Use of manufacturing and warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, pallet stackers, scales; general understanding of mechanics and pneumatic equipment
Automatic bag filling machine operation
Understanding of food manufacturing, food safety, lot coding, and FIFO inventory
Personal Experience and Work Ethic:

Physical Requirements:
Stand and walk continuously during an 8-hour shift
Ability to regularly lift 40 pounds

Operation of basic warehouse equipment including an electric pallet jack (training provided)
