RECONCRAFT designs and manufactures rugged, reliable, and high-performance workboats that are purpose-built for military and law enforcement organizations around the world. Overview: We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our boat manufacturing team. As an apprentice, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in our marine vessels. This is a hands-on role where you will learn under the guidance of experienced electricians and contribute to the production of high-quality boats.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of electrical systems including wiring, lighting, navigation equipment, and instrumentation on boats.

Support the maintenance and repair of existing electrical systems on boats.

Learn to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical specifications.

Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing solutions.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Follow all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Physical ability to perform duties such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces as needed.

Prior experience in boat manufacturing or related field is a plus but not required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Indoor manufacturing environment.

Proper protective equipment will be provided as necessary.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

This position requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, crawling, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability, and visual acuity. Candidate must also be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to complete tasks.

Work Schedule:

Daytime shift

4-10's, Monday - Thursday

6:00am - 4:30 pm

Weekend shift

3-12's, Friday - Sunday

6am - 6pm

Driver license and resume needed at time of interview.
