In addition to providing coated and uncoated liquid packaging board, they are proud to now offer customers some of the world’s highest-quality market pulp and are looking for a qualified Electrical/Instrumentation Maintenance Planner to join their team!

What You Will Be Doing as an Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Planner:

Day to day work order planning, ordering parts, and ensuring parts are kitted for the E&I Technicians

Ensuring proper lead times if special equipment, and repair procedures need to be accounted for

Supervising on-site contractors

Partner closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to assist with planned outages, large maintenance projects, and coordinating with the mill on repairs to avoid major shutdowns and downtime

Participate in maintenance budgeting and department business planning

Perform administrative duties including preparing daily and weekly work schedules, machinery and equipment reports and writing job steps/guidelines on the work orders

What You Bring To The Table:

Minimum of 4-5years of maintenance planning and project coordination and 2-3 years supervisory experience (preferably within a pulp and paper mill environment

Working knowledge of electrical safety procedures - NEC, NFPA 70 E, and OSHA

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals and blueprints, and create work orders

Familiarity with industrial maintenance planning, scheduling outages and major projects, coordinating timelines with multiple departments

Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
