About Us:
At Superior Gaskets, we've been serving the Portland area for 7 years, specializing in custom gaskets and maintaining commercial kitchens. We're known for our hands-on approach and strong relationships with our customers. Now, we're looking to expand our marketing efforts with a personal touch, and we need someone with excellent handwriting to help us do that.
What You’ll Do:
- Write Marketing Letters: You’ll be hand-writing marketing outreach letters using a script we’ll be providing. The goal is to connect with potential customers in a personal and memorable way.
- Copy Text Accurately: Attention to detail is crucial. You’ll be copying pre-written text exactly as provided, ensuring consistency and professionalism in every letter.
- Manage a List of Contacts: You’ll be provided with a list of names and addresses. Your job will be to make sure each letter is addressed and personalized correctly.
Requirements:
- Excellent Handwriting: This is non-negotiable. Your handwriting needs to be clear, neat, and consistent.
- Attention to Detail: You must be able to follow instructions closely and ensure that each letter is error-free.
- Reliability: This is a part-time role, approximately 5 hours per week, and we’ll rely on you to meet deadlines.
- Location: You must be based in the Portland area.
