Linentablecloth.com is a leading online retailer of table linens and party products. We're looking for a creative, energetic person to join our marketing team. This position is multi-faceted, with room to grow.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Plays a key role in the management all of Linentablecloth.com’s administrative projects: website promotions, email marketing, search engine optimization, paid search advertising, sales channels management, social media presence, including content creation, strategy coordination with others in management and the marketing team, and daily posting of content, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In conjunction with Company owners, design the overall social media strategy plan
- Focus on primary objectives of driving market share and revenue growth, increasing engagement and brand awareness
- Create, implement, and monitor marketing media strategies. Post daily content to Website, Sales Channels, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Google Ads, Twitter, email marketing, and other promotional channels
- Create social media copy, as well as specs/outline for all graphic assets
- Create content for social media, including reels and video
- Coordinate with owners and other marketing team members on all creative asset needs, including ads
- Manage and execute brand collaborations and influencer marketing
- Grow email subscriber list, social media following, and other touchpoints as needed
- Prepare forecasts, track relevant analytics, and prepare regular reports to senior management
QUALIFICATIONS
The Marketing Associate qualifications are:
- Comfortable in an independent workspace; can stay self-motivated and driven
- Skilled understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms, customer engagement strategies and current trends
- Familiar with Google Ads and FB ads; creation, testing and reworking for results
- Proficiency working with Facebook Business Manager, Insights in Instagram, Tik Tok and other social media platforms
- Proficiency working with Google Workspace (email, Calendar, Drive, Sheets/Docs) required
- Proficiency working with Canva, Photoshop, Davinci Resolve, or other media content creation platforms
- Graphic design proficiency to create assets for social media, podcast, and other programming (via Canva)
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Positive attitude, exercises good judgment, is an excellent collaborator, and demonstrates a growth mindset
- Versatility and flexibility to adapt as company grows
- Hard work advocate, willing to go above and beyond to meet deadlines and achieve results
PAY - $20 to $22 per hour start, depending upon experience
BENEFITS
- Up to Two weeks paid time off per year; along with 5 paid holiday days each year
- Monthly allowance (currently $250) for company health insurance
