Owen Equipment, an Owen Company, is looking to hire a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record to join our team and drive impactful campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives. We areone of the largest Vactor and Elgin dealers in the United States and sell, service and rent sewer cleaners, vacuum excavators, street sweepers and related accessories. We are the largest supplier in the Western U.S. of replacement brushes and brooms for sweeping equipment. We maintain five full-service locations in Portland, Oregon; Kent, Washington; Spokane, Washington; Fairfield, California; and Salt Lake City, Utah and our customer base consists of the largest municipalities and contractors in the Western U.S. Our equipment is critical to keeping our streets and sewer systems clean, locating buried infrastructure during construction projects, and helping to build and maintain our electrical grid.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually depending on experience.

Benefits: Full Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA, and 100% company-paid Life and LTD. We have PTO that accrues weekly, seven paid holidays (eligible after 30 days from start), and 401(k) with company match.

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other advertising channels.

Conduct in-depth analysis of keyword costs, budget, and conversion rates to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other assets.

Stay current on digital marketing trends within Owen Companies and our competitors to ensure competitiveness in the market.

Operate as an active user of the lead source platforms to increase our understanding of our customers and identify new potential customers we can target and reach with our new customer messaging.

Work alongside other marketing team members to build out and structure campaigns.

Capture content for social media or other marketing assets.

Assist in improving functionality and enhancements of website (WordPress).

Stay abreast of digital marketing trends within Owen Companies and its competitors to ensure competitiveness in the market.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Assist fellow marketing team members with other tasks in campaigns (cross-train).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).

2+ years’ experience in managing pay-per-click and search engine marketing campaigns.

GA4 certification (preferred).

3 – 5 years of experience with WordPress.

Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.

Attention to detail.

Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite (not required but preferred).

Must be an agile multi-tasker in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
