TreeWise LLC is looking to hire an ISA Certified Arborist and/or TCIA TCSP, certified safety professional, to manage residential, commercial, and utility tree services in Oregon and SW Washington.
We are a family-owned tree service based in Vancouver, serving the Portland metro area with an exceptional safety record and an outstanding reputation for quality tree care. We offer excellent pay, PTO packages, health insurance, paid training, and performance bonuses.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of professional tree care experience with at least one year of experience supervising operations, crews, and safety.
Certifications:
ISA certification
TCIA certification
Clean driving record
+ CDL is best.
Leadership Experience:
Proven supervision capability
Ability to coach diverse team members.
Commercial tree care experience
Communication to meet company goals.
Sensible, reliable, and calm personality
Participate in ISA events or other organizations.
Desire to advance industry and leadership abilities.
Equipment Operation:
Track lifts
Bucket/lift trucks
Stump grinders
Skid steers
