Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Maintenance Person to assist our Maintenance Manager in the upkeep and management of residential properties. Responsibilities
Cleaning of vacant units, common areas, hallways, and other designated spaces.
Light painting tasks including repaints, touch-ups and minor repairs
Occasional heavy lifting of furniture, equipment, and supplies
Assisting the Maintenance Manager with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of cleaning and painting techniques
Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude
Work Schedule
