We are a growing moving company with 3 trucks. Running 5-6 trucks a day in summer. We have an office in SE Portland. We mostly do local household moves but do some commercial as well. We recently started long distance as within the western states. This would jot be an all the time thing for this position. There is definitely opportunity for the right candidate. I am not in a rush to hire. This would be filling a position that has already started, although the current manager is moving back home in a month to the east coast. This could turn into management position for the right applicant

MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT HEAVY ITEMS 200-300lbs or more
SUCH AS PIANOS, SAFES, ETC and work all day moving homes
Must have DRIVERS LICENSE in good standing and be able to drive 24ft box truck
Could lead into office work, walk throughs Must put prior work experience when and where
Must have Exceptional communication skill and moving experience, packing, stacking, loading, unloading

We are a full service moving company residential and commercial moves. We are mostly local moves but have starte some long distance. Long distance is not required unless wanted
Our moving includes packing boxes, wrapping furniture, loading and unloading onto a truck and sometimes unpacking
Must be a team player, have good work ethic, sense of urgency, not stand around, proactive,
Must be able to lift 75-100lbs consistently throughout the day and be able to work short or long days. This is a part time to full time position depending on performance
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK is done per state laws and those with criminal backgrounds could be denied
We pay drive time in locals
Our reputation is high and we do studios up to large homes. If you are not a hard worker you won’t make it
We have a positive work environment between the crews and if you aren’t it won’t work
Being on time and showing up to work are a big deal
