Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented House Cleaner & Co-Host to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards and ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, availability 4 - 5 days per week between 11 am and 4 pm, and a passion (or at least curiosity) for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

Thoroughly clean and staging of interiors of rental properties between guest stays.

Upon completion of cleaning, self-inspect properties to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team promptly.

Report on inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities once a week.

Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and enhance guest satisfaction.

Additional pay and hours are available for staff members interested in doing light yard work and laundry.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or hospitality preferred.

Proven reliability in a previous similiar role with referrals also preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work mostly independently but also part of a team when required.

Reliable transportation

Access to internet and a smart phone for regular scheduling communication

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays. (mostly Sundays)

Benefits:

Competitive pay: $25 per hour (or more based on experience)

10%+ hourly rate increase after 60 days.

Weekly pay

Training Outline:

First few shifts will be shadowing the owner and manager.

Next few shifts will be working without supervision but inspection done by owner / manager after completion

Remaining shifts will be cleaning independantly, inspection done independantly, with quailty control inspections done by owner / manager with decreasing frequency.
