Assistant, Cleaner, House Manager needed

Looking to hire a personal assistant. I am a business owner and live in Battle Ground, WA. I work out of my house when I am not traveling to work with my clients. I have a big house and property and need help managing all the details and staying on top of stuff. I am looking for someone to help with general household tasks and upkeep, admin and clerical assistance in my businesses, keep my dog fed and plants watered when I am traveling. This could be a part of full time position. Pay range could vary significantly based on skill sets. I am willing to discuss pay being cash and would help the right person set up their own business to be 1099 vs w-2 which would result in big tax savings.
