Since 1897, LaCrosse Footwear, Inc. has provided performance footwear and apparel to keep people warm, dry, protected and comfortable. We design boots for our men and women in the military and law enforcement. We are currently looking for an energetic and friendly face to join our Human Resources team as HR Coordinator.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with Open Enrollment, benefit invoices, recruitment, and providing excellent customer service to our amazing group of employees.
This position would be excellent for someone who has a year or more of HR experience and looking for a position that will give them the opportunity to expand their knowledge in all areas of Human Resources.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree is preferred
1+ yrs of HR experience, or equivalent.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions
Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws
Highest standards of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Excellent organization & communication skills
Ability to remain flexible and able to adapt and respond to changing situations; ability to work well under
pressure
Ability to work in a team environment
Must be willing to conduct oneself in accordance with Company's Core Values
