Integrative Health Network is currently hiring a contract position of 10-15 hours weekly, seeking a dynamic office assistant with the intent to transition to office manager to join our expanding team in the areas of Southwest Washington & the Portland Metro area. This office assistant will be responsible for updating client information, answering the office phone & email, assisting with coordination of care (scheduling appointments & ordering supplies), several bookkeeping duties (categorizing bank transactions, uploading receipts, client intake, prepping contracts, tax prep), upkeep of shared calendar, and many more.

This is a 1099 contracted position that requires you to have internet access, laptop, and reliable transportation. Pay rate depends on experience and readiness to perform the essential functions. Based on performance, after 90 day review, this position will be eligible for a raise, increase in hours and transition to office manager. Schedule can be set to your discretion, being available during 9am-4pm and in attendance for staff weekly meeting on Monday mornings. Please include cover letter and resume with application.

Essential Functions:

Follows all policies and procedures provided by IHN.

Demonstrates patience, compassion and integrity with clients information.

Completing documentation in a timely manner.

Additional Requirements:

Must possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with those with mental health diagnoses and the elderly.

Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action

Must perform efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision

Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.

Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information

Attends client care conferences and assists in development of interdisciplinary plan of care for each client.

Attends daily, weekly, monthly meetings per agency policy and ensures follow up on any tasks in a timely manner to ensure client care needs are met.

Minimum of 3 years' experience of office work

QuickBooks experience (Required)

Laptop & reliable wifi
