· Handle all aspects of Medical Records Requests
· Process prior authorizations promptly, efficiently and accurately
· Track and follow-up on deferred authorization maintenance
· Communicate with patients to ensure their wellness goals
· Partner with providers, clinical and operations teams to maintain all reference materials
· Assist patients in the processing of FMLA, OFLA, Paid Leave Oregon and Flex Fund documentation
· Support front office staff to ensure a cohesive patient experience
· Promote our values of empathy, integrity and diversity
