I own an AFH. I specialize in serving ladies with developmental disabilities. We care for 6 active ladies that are easy to get along with and a joy to be around.

Job entails but not limited too, assisting residents with daily activities and providing care such as showering, dressing, personal hygiene tasks and passing medications. Taking time to interact with the ladies as companionship is a must to creating a positive, safe and relaxing atmosphere. Also keeping the house clean and tidy at all times, sanitizing daily, laundry, cooking healthy nutritious meals. I'm looking for a doer and a multitasker, someone that sees what needs to be done and takes care of it.
I'm looking for someone that's drama free so the focus can be on the high standards when it comes to our resident's care, safety, and rules/regulations compliance. I have all women residents so this position is for a female as that's what they prefer.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time MUST be able to work a few 24 hr shift per month when we go out of town. Staff is able to sleep at night, so no night-time care needed. No smoking preferred, Some of my ladies have allergies to second hand smoke.
