Day and Night shift
Full-time and Part-Time
We have an immediate opening for Caregivers interested in providing Positive Behavior Support and assistance with daily living activities for our residents.
Our approach is to a home-based environment. As a result, we have stable and beautiful three-resident Group homes.
We are looking for dependable people who want to assist the people we support. We are located near Clackamas Town Center.

Job Description:
Daily entertainment activities and some community outings
Assisting with personal hygiene and care
Medication administration and documentation, including progress note
Meal preparation, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry
Positive behavior supports and basic life skill coaching
Implementing Individual Support Plans
Properly handling a crisis and follow protocol in stressful situations.
Job Requirements:
Preferred valid driver's license
Must be 18+ years of age
Have or be willing to complete the following required training:
OIS training (This is a 2-day training class that is a total of 16 hours. We will provide you with info on where to obtain this)
Have CPR/First Aid certification (We can provide you with information on where to obtain this)
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Willing to complete ongoing required and needed training.
