We seek compassionate, dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team in Tulitan and Aloha. Our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals with diverse needs by fostering independence, dignity, and a fulfilling life.

We are hiring for two specific roles to support our valued community members:

A 67-year-old gentleman with intellectual disabilities residing in Tulitan.

A 27-year-old female requires support in Aloha.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and support based on the individuals' care plan, including but not limited to daily living activities, personal care, and socialization.

Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings and ensuring participation in activities they enjoy.

Develop and maintain a supportive and positive relationship with individuals and their families.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure a holistic approach to the individual's well-being.

Document and monitor progress, adapting support as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Requirements:

Compassion, patience, and dedication to empowering individuals with disabilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in caregiving or DSP roles is preferred but not required.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Must pass a background check and have references available.
