Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care, activities of daily living, transfers and errands, doctor's appointments.
Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to Administrator/Supervisor.
Assist with keeping the client's home clean and orderly.
Assure client safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
Follow Agency Policies and Procedures in the performance of job duties
Maintain professionalism at all times
Hourly Wage: $18.00/hr. - $25.00/hr.
What You Will Need:
Caregiving Experience: Min 1 year preferred
CPR/BLS Certification
Job References (minimum 2)
Authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred Credential(s):
Dementia Experience
CPR/BLS
Hospice Experience
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience: 1 year required! 2+ -years preferred
