We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our team part-time, working Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with the option to pick up additional hours if desired. In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities and provide emotional support in a home like setting. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications following proper protocols
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Work with medically disabled or aging individuals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures
-Proficiency in English.
-Approved background check (can be completed after hire).
- Pre-service dementia training (can be completed after hire).
-HCBS online training (can be completed after hire)
- CPR and First Aid certification (can complete after hire).
