SAP HCM ABAP EngineerPortland OR Expert SAP HCM ABAP Engineer (on-shore) who will focus almost entirely on HR related work as part of the Payroll Improvement project. The work will concentrate in the Payroll area, so it would be good for candidates to have experience in the following topics:
- Payroll Schema
- Payroll Configuration, Prerequisites, etc
- Payroll Process Model
- PCR – Personnel Calculation Rule
- Dynamic actions
- Operations
- Should be able to analyze/research on the existing system to bring improvements in the payroll processing without impacting the global employees
