Job Title: Civil DesignerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a civil land development designer (EIT) or engineer (PE) with at least 3 years' experience in civil design focused on residential subdivisions, ranging from small lot divisions to large 100-200 lot subdivisions. The role involves working on road grading, corridors, lot grading, utility networks, storm drainage, water reports, pipe networks, and erosion control in various project types including commercial, healthcare, K-12, institutional, or residential subdivisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in developing preliminary plans during the land use planning stage and will gain exposure to land use and planning codes. Civil 3D proficiency

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Portland, Oregon.Work EnvironmentThe work environment consists of a 5-day in-office schedule with flexibility to work from home under extenuating circumstances. The office is spacious, housing 17 employees with sufficient room to spread out. Working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, with a mandatory 30-minute lunch break during the 12:00 pm hour.
