In support of this commitment, we are hiring for the role of Direct of Project Management.

The role of Project Management Director is an exciting leadership opportunity within the firm, encompassing all three of our PacificNorthwest offices and crossing all our design and engineering disciplines. This role will be a collaborative experience between executive level project leadership and project managers. The Director of Project Management will be responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing project management standards, execution, training, and mentorship. At a project level, this position will engage directly with project managers across all Mackenzie business units, while serving as a leader, mentor, and advocate for project management excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should have leadership traits and experience, strong communication skills, be highly organized and emotionally intelligent. Demonstrated experience should reflect both team and project management with preferred experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) industry. Minimum qualifications include:

Bachelor’s Degree with a preference of related degrees in A/E/C

Licensure in their field (preferred)

Prefer 10 years of experience in A/E/C and/or a minimum of 7 years in Project Management (including pursuit, proposals, design, and construction phases)

Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and projects of $500k (or greater) total design fees

Demonstrated ability to lead a team focused on collaboration and supporting firm core principles

Ability to gain consensus in evaluating and developing new and existing tools or standards (change management)

Highly motivated individual who can collaboratively navigate the leadership of a multi-disciplinary firm

Salary Range: $120,000 to $135,000
