Create daily service routes for technicians
Submit warranty claims to window manufactures as required
Keep in contact with suppliers via phone/email for expected arrival dates on product
Continually update notes in system to keep service and warranty tickets current re: status of product, claims, and/or repair appointments
Process and finalize all completed paperwork, including matching up tickets submitted
Call & schedule service appointment
