AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR (SE PORTLAND)
Looking for a Full-Time Automotive Service Advisor in a fast-paced automotive repair shop in SE Portland.
Requirements:
Outstanding Customer Service Skills
Minimum of 1-3 Years of Service Writing
Background in the Automotive Industry
Valid Driver's License
Computer Skills - Typing, Working Knowledge of Mitchell/All Data Required.
Multi-Tasking Skills
Work Well in a Team Oriented Environment
Experience Explaining/Selling Mechanical Repairs
Job Responsibility:
SALES, SALES, SALES - Mechanical Repairs, Tires, Wheels and Accessories!
Meet & Greet Customers and Schedule Appointments
Build Repair Estimates, Repair Orders, Customer Invoices, Cashing Out Customers
Source and Order Parts
Warranty Claims Processing
Communicate Requirements Between Customers and Technicians
Pluses if you have the following:
Previous Tire Sales and Installation experience
Previous Wheel Sales
Previous Experience with Fleet Maintenance Customers
Previous Lifting and Lowering Kit Sales

We are a full service shop with 4 mechanical bays and 3 tire bays, open 5 days a week Tuesday through Saturday. Sunday and Monday off.
