Opening: Customer Service Representative/Receptionist

City: Beaverton, OR

Pay: $18-20/hr. (flexible for right candidate)

Schedule: M – F 7am-4pm

What You’ll Do:

Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service by accurately recording and relaying information.

Communicate effectively with customers and team members in various formats, including phone, email, and in-person.

Research information as needed to address customer inquiries and provide solutions.

Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries.

Assist in basic administrative tasks and provide support to other team members as needed.

Demonstrate initiative and the ability to take ownership of tasks to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.

What You Need to Have:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new software.

Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.

Self-motivated with a desire to excel in the role and to advance within the company.

At least one year of tenure with a previous employer.
