Our Customer Service Representatives field incoming orders from customers and input them into our system. Accuracy is very important. The ideal candidate is one who is dedicated to learning the job, showing up consistently and willing to work until the job is done daily.

Hours are 7:30 am to about 4:00pm on Monday - Friday.
Requirements:
Customer Service Experience
Ability to Work in a Team Environment
Positive Attitude
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Computer Experience a Plus!
Starting wage - $18.00 / hr
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls and emails and assisting customers - taking accurate orders
Helping walk-in customers
Data entry in accounting software and report processing in Excel spreadsheet
Being dependable - showing up on time and working efficiently until the job is done
