Arizona Tile is seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our awesome team working in our customer-facing sales desk department. Working along side other CSR team members, this role plays a crucial role in assisting primarily wholesale clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions. The daily responsibilities will revolve around processing of orders, sourcing product availability, pricing, and providing product information. While sales of installation products and tools are involved to a small degree, the focus is on primarily on delivering exceptional customer service, order processing and being a team player. This role also involves interaction between our sales desk, showroom, and warehouse, ensuring a smooth flow of operations and customer satisfaction. Tile and stone industry experience is beneficial but definitely not required. We spend quality time with ongoing product and order processing training for all our CSR's,
Our business operates Mon-Fri 7:30am to 5pm and 9am to1pm on Saturdays. A typical week amounts to approx. 40-45 hours per week. Working Saturdays at this time is on a rotating basis of at least 1-2 Saturdays a month.
Our 50,000sf showroom/warehouse is conveniently located just off HWY 217 on Denney road.
Job Requirements:
Be reliable. Consistently arrive to work on time
Ability to work full time including a rotating some Saturdays (9am to 1pm)
Basic computer skills within Windows environment.
High School diploma or equivalent
