We are looking for an individual 3+ years of tax and accounting experience to fit into our local CPA firm.
Good organization skills, attention to detail and working well with others are the keys to success in this position. Must be a self-starter, eager to learn and a team player.
Major Job Duties:
Prepares personal, corporate, and partnership tax returns of varying complexities.
Establishes working relationships with client personnel involved with accounting tasks.
Makes adjusting entries and completes a trial balance in order to prepare a tax return.
Perform financial statements analysis to summarize current and projected company financial position
Prepares individual tax projections utilizing the tax software package.

Qualified candidates will have the following skills and attributes:
- Federal & State Tax Preparation for Individual and Business returns
- Proficient QuickBooks user
- Expert with Microsoft operating systems, Word and Excel
- Demonstrate professional attitude and appearance
- EA or CPA license a plus
