Local family-owned company seeking an experienced bookkeeper/office admin. Responsibilities:
Invoice customers and manage accounts receivable
Apply receipts to clients accounts in a timely and accurate fashion
Enter bills and manage accounts payable
Follow up on collections for any overdue accounts
Reconcile credit card statements
Enter credit card expenses into Quickbooks
Process weekly check runs
Prepare bank deposits
Manage payroll/benefits and onboarding new employees
Experience using ADP or equivalent is a plus
Light HR/benefits management
Data entry
Office supplies inventory management
Filing/organizing
Administrative support to management staff and CEO/CFO
Requirements:
Motivation to learn, automate, and improve administrative processes thoroughly and efficiently
Ability to analyze where we can save time and money
Source optimal solutions and strategize implementation with minimal oversight
Quickbooks experience/efficiency – at least one year is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office – strong Excel skills is a plus
Punctuality is an absolute must – we need someone who is reliable
Strong verbal and written communication skills – bilingual is a plus but not a requirement
Positive/respectful demeanor with customers, colleagues, and visiting officials
Experience supporting c-level executives is a plus
