Relevant Building Company has been growing over the last 5 years and is hiring a part-time G/L accountant (with opportunity for full time) to help grow our business. This position will be responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping using Quickbooks Desktop Contractor Pro software.
Responsibilities include supervising support staff, invoicing, receivables and collections, accounts payable and disbursements, bank reconciliations, payroll supervision and backup, inventory management, job cost reporting, budget formation and tracking, overhead allocation, and monthly financial statement preparation and communication. Monthly sales tax reporting and filing, quarterly tax payments and year end income tax workpaper preparation for outside preparer. Other duties as assigned.
