Are you an experienced Business Operations Manager looking to make a meaningful impact in the educational sector? Alliance Charter Academy (ACA) is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Operations Manager to oversee our system-wide business affairs and support functions. This pivotal role is integral to our mission of providing excellent educational opportunities through effective financial management and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Reporting: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, account management, grant and fund management, audit, and compliance. Ensure accurate monthly financials for Board and district reporting, reconcile bank statements, and coordinate audits.

Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, ensure correct tax reporting and compliance, administer health and dental insurance, and oversee employee benefits programs.

General Administrative Duties: Handle procurement and contract management, assist in staff onboarding, participate in school improvement committees, and ensure compliance with operational standards.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

At least three years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a finance-related field.

Strong familiarity with budgets and financial management.

Oregon Certified School Business Official status through OASBO preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Proficient in QuickBooks online and Google Workspace.
