Assistant will help with reviewing specifications and bid documents to assist in determining material and subcontractor needs and assist with itemized cost lists for completing bid packets. Make cold calls to vendors to find new resources for materials or job supplies.
Strong computer skills a must. Must have own transportation, Able to bend, walk, reach, stand, and stretch, as this job will require you to do field visits to job sites.
Strong work ethic, Excellent communication skills. Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing project needs. General knowledge of construction would be great, BUT we are willing to do some training to meet our needs.
