VFW Kitchen and Bar Manager

The Bandon VFW Post is looking for an energetic and creative Part-time Kitchen and Bar Manager. Job includes scheduling & managing cooking, bartending & wait staff, food & alcohol pricing, ordering, shopping, and inventory control. Create monthly/quarterly menus, calendar of special meals/events and advertise those events in local media. Attend monthly meeting to review finances, staffing, and menus. Flexible schedule of 40 - 50 hours per month. Successful candidate must have previous supervisory experience in restaurant management.
