Customer Service Representative Position. Immediately hiring
Looking for CSR for our Kent and Lake City locations in Seattle market.
We are now seeking responsible and energetic people,
You will help customers with dropping off their vehicles and when they are picking up their vehicles.
Scheduling both estimators and customers appointments.
Help with rental set up and claim information.
Answering a multi-line phone system.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Room for growth within the automotive industry.
With this position we would like to teach you to help with parts dept.
Parts duties includes but not limited to the following:
Receiving/Tagging/ Distributing parts
Posting parts invoices to CCC
Keep parts room organized
Return parts orders online or by phone
- Tracking and return of parts
- MUST be dependable.
Driver’s License
Basic computer skills
