We are seeking motivated, bright and enthusiastic individuals who love cannabis and helping others to join our amazing dispensary team. OLCC Worker Permit required.
Budtender responsibilities include:
Maintaining an understanding of and following OLCC regulations
Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age
Providing customers and patients with an exceptional cannabis buying experience
Properly following cash handling procedures
Accurately maintaining product inventory counts
Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times
Following standard security protocols
Adapting to new technology and procedure changes
Prior experience in the cannabis industry is not required. Must be able to stand for long periods. Basic mathematics skills. Critical thinking/problem solving skills.
Applicants with computer skills/administrative skills will be given priority along with those available to work nights and weekends. Potential for advancement for employees who demonstrate the right skill set.
References are required.
