Store Management or Trainee "budtender" - Herb/Cannabis Retailer

Looking for a professional, career minded, Management Trainee or Evening/Weekend Management Assistant with experience to join our team at Breeze Botanicals in Ashland and/or Gold Hill, Oregon (preference for associates willing to float between stores).

Prefer applicant with extensive knowledge of cannabis and other healing plants wildcrafted and cultivated in Southern Oregon and preferably experience managing an OLCC marijuana licensed retail store.

The Management Trainee or Assistant (DOE) will participate in all stages of store management including purchasing, inventory, human resource, marketing, and of course working to provide an amazing customer experience.

Must be great at consultative sales, a team player willing to help in all roles, hard worker, attention to details, care about the patient experience, extremely honest, and be able to follow the Oregon cannabis program as administered by OLCC to the letter of the law. Must have a state of Oregon marijuana handler's permit or have taken the state knowledge test and willing to obtain the full license and experience with METRC a plus.

Please note: This position is not for a traditional "budtender". We are looking for somebody who is able to start in either a supervisor or trainee role and interested in store management and growth with the Breeze team.
