Gary West Meats is hiring a part-time retail associate to join our team. This is a sales position featuring our smoked meats, local gourmet products, and an OLCC liquor store.
Responsibilities
· Multi-line phones
· Accurate money handling
· Stocking and cleaning
· Computer Skills: Microsoft Office applications, electronic transactions, and email.
· Work closely with management to meet sales goals
· Follow all procedures, guidelines, and policies
Essential Functions and Skills
· Ability to obtain Oregon food handlers license and OLCC permit
· Must be able to walk up and down stairs frequently
· Must be able to stand for up to eight hours while bending, stooping, and lifting.
· Ability to lift 10-20 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
· Must be +18 years old
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1-year sales, retail, and or hospitality experience
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Reliable attendance and transportation
